The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova

I was impressed by the multi-layered narratives in this re-telling of Dracula. Another in my vampire lore collection.

    I enjoyed this book until about halfway through. It started out really strong and was well researched, but for me the second half just fizzled to nothing. Disappointing.
